Where are you located? 

We are located on 946 Brunette Avenue (Unit F), Coquitlam, BC, V3K 1C9.  There is 2 HR street parking, parking outside the front, as well as parking in rear.  There can be limited parking available at times, so please give yourself extra time to find a spot.


How do I find out what is included in my service?

Please visit our services page and click on the photo for more details about what's included in each service.


How much will it cost?

We do have varying prices pricing depending on our skill level of each barber (junior/senior/educator).  Please go to our booking page to see the cost of each individual barber's services.


How can I book an appointment?

Please click here to book an appointment.  You will be able to choose your service(s), date/time and barber.  You will be prompted to fill out your name, email and telephone number.  After your click 'confirm', you will receive a confirmation email within 3 HRS to confirm your booking. 


How far in advance should I book an appointment?

Due to popular demand, we recommended booking at least 2 weeks in advance to make you we are able to accommodate for your date/time.


I'm forgetful, do you send a reminder about my appointment?

We send reminders 24 hours before your appointment.  Please make sure all your information is correct when booking your services in case we need to contact you.


How can I change or cancel my appointment?

You are able to change or cancel your appointment by accessing the confirmation email sent to you when your appointment was booked.  You can do this by clicking "change or cancel my appointment".  Please note, you are only able to change or cancel your appointment if it is more than 24 hrs in advance before your booked slot.


How come I cannot book a specific date/time?

This issue could be do to the date/time being booked by other customer, our shop being closed or our booking system not being open that far in advance.


What if I'm late?

We have a 10 minute grace period for booked appointments.  Please note, we may not be able to fully accommodate for all services booked within the grace period.  Anything after 10 minutes is considered a 'no show' and we will not be able to accommodate your appointment.  We do charge a no-show fee of the cost of your services you missed at your next appointment.


What if I don't show up?

Any missed appointments are considered a 'no show' and will be subject to a fee (cost of services booked) at your next appointment.  We charge this in order to compensate the time slot we were not able to fill.  To avoid any penalties, we do allow cancellations or changed 24 hours before your original appointment.  Appointments cannot be changed or cancelled within 24 hours or it is considered a "no show" appointment.


Can I come in for a hair cut with product in my hair?

Please come in with clean hair before your cut.  We do charge a $7 shampooing fee for hair that that has product in it.


Do you sell hair products in store?

We currently sell products from King&Country. They offer natural-ingredient based hair products that are water soluble and locally made in Vancouver.  Our barbers can help find the right products for your hair needs.
